The Brad Evans Foundation Scholarship
Brad's parents, Paul and Scottia, brothers and sisters-in-law, Morgan and Pamela, Matt and Julie, read the applications with great interest. Students accepted to Berkeley are, by definition, exceptional and to select one with the qualifications that exemplified Brad's spirit was not easy.

The Brad Evans Foundation Scholarship Committee members were so impressed with the applicants this year, but one stood out!

Nicolas Jaber
Nicolas received many academic awards and was involved in several community volunteer activities including the Newport Beach Sister City Project.
 
Nicolas has a sincere bearing and a caring heart, and is excited about beginning his Berkeley odyssey where he is majoring in philosophy and neurobiology, while also studying Arabic and music theory. He is interested in diplomacy and politics and is considering a career in public service.
